College Park
Charles E. Phillips Esquire Park: Grab a few friends and enjoy the baseball field, tennis courts and playground at Charles E. Phillips Esquire Park, alongside grilling and picnic spaces, open daily from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Barrett Park: Featuring pavilions available for rent, Barrett Park is the perfect place for gathering with family and friends. Enjoy the large multipurpose field, playground and tennis courts, along with grilling and picnic spaces.
Richard D. Zupp Park: Rent a pavilion, grab your sports gear and head over to Richard D. Zupp Park to enjoy College Park’s favorite tennis courts and baseball fields.
Phoenix Trail: Providing a nearly two-mile loop throughout College Park’s formal industrial area, Phoenix Trail is the perfect walking, jogging or running location for residents and visitors.
Hugh C. Conley Recreation Center: Home to College Park’s little leagues, Hugh C. Conley Recreation Center is hosting baseball games throughout April and May – the perfect activity for little ones looking to get outside.
College Park Golf Course: Built in 1929, the historic site offers a nine-hole course for golfers to test their skills! The course also features a driving range, two putting greens and clubhouse for guests to enjoy.

Hapeville
John Lewis Memorial Park and Dog Park: Named in honor of our beloved late great congressman, John Lewis Memorial Park and Dog Park (formerly Master Park) serves as a community amenity with a playground and easy access to the Hapeville Library and Hapeville Elementary School, making it a convenient and easy stop in the neighborhood.
Hapeville Memorial Stadium: Home to the Hapeville Hornets football team, Hapeville Memorial Stadium is your stop for all things youth football. Check out youth games, ranging from 5U to 12U, or sign your kids up to participate.
Jess Lucas Y-Teen Park: Located in downtown Hapeville, this is one of the District’s most notable green spaces. Enjoy Coffee n’ Chrome on the second Saturday morning of every month from April – September where visitors can check out some of the coolest cars on the Southside while sipping on a delicious cup of joe. And in May, La Fiesta en Hapeville takes over the park for a day full of music, good food, and all-around fun! Residents are also invited to rent out the gazebos for their next event, or simply use the green area for family fun.
Tom E. Morris Sports Complex: Home to Hapeville’s annual Community Easter Egg Hunt and Hapeville Opening Day, Tom E. Morris Sports Complex features baseball and softball fields, alongside a newly completed skate park for all to enjoy.

Highway 29 Ballfields: Unveiling its renovations in Fall 2020, Union City’s Highway 29 Ballfields feature various outdoor activities, including a life-size chess set, cornhole boards, ping pong tables, volleyball courts, baseball fields and beyond.
Mayor’s Park: Conveniently located on the corner of Watson and Union, Mayor’s Park offers a walking track, complimentary wireless access and picnic tables – perfect for those grabbing local meals to-go.
Ronald Bridges Park: Featuring a nature trail, two pavilions, several basketball courts, a playground and picnic seating, Ronald Bridges Park offers extensive programming for babies, adults and everyone in between.
